How to Register

HeinemannU online courses are available to individuals or groups. Regardless of who pays the course fee, each individual taking a course must register online. Part of the process is establishing a unique User ID and Password that is used to access the course.

Below are summaries of what you will need to enroll, depending on your method of payment and whether you qualify for a group discount.

Individual Registrations
Individuals may enroll through our website and pay online using Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. We are not equipped to process debit cards, unless they also function as a credit card. If you wish to pay by any other method, please call us at 800.541.2086, ext. 1290.

Purchase Order Registrations
To enroll on a purchase order, you must have the approved PO # and billing address to complete the online registration. Your registration will be held as pending until we receive a copy of the PO by fax or mail.

Groups & Contract Code Registrations
Discounts are available by contract for 10 or more Self-paced course registrations, starting at 15%. You can reach the minimum enrollment of 10 by combining seats in different courses; participants can use seats anytime within one year of contract issue. Additional seats purchased during the year will be added to the existing contract; the next discount level may apply.
