Moderated (19-day) Courses
Registration deadlines are dependent on your payment method. If you are paying by credit card, you can register until 24 hours before the start date; if you are paying by purchase order, you must register at least 7 days before the start date to ensure that the PO can be processed.

Self-Paced (4-month) Courses
Full refunds are available for cancellations received (by email or phone to HeinemannU) within 7 days after your first login (you MUST login to your course within 30 days from registration to be eligible for a refund) to the course. No refunds are available after 7 days.

Moderated (19-day) Courses
You may drop a course until the end of the first day of the course and receive a full refund.
If you drop after the first day, the following terms apply:
During the second and third days of the course, you are entitled to a 75% refund. After day 3, there are no refunds.
